Partlow-Rosamond ENCINO A garden ceremony at the home of Mrs. Christine Rosamond united her and Richard Partlow, a television personality. Mrs. Rosamond is the daughter of Mrs. Rosemary Miles, also of Encino, and Vic Presco of San Francisco.

The bridgegroom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Ron Kalina of North Hollywood. The bride was attended by her sister, Mrs. Vicki Prather, and Miss Shannon Sidle was also a member of the wedding party for which Bruce Fairbairn served as best man.

Santa Claus Visits Slated CHATSWORTH-Woman's Club Juniors will raise funds for philanthropies through appointments to have Santa Claus visit homes from Friday, Dec. 10, through Tuesday, Dec. 21.

Visitation hours will be between 6 and 9 p.m. for a fee of $5. Parents interested in the service may contact the juniors at Chats-worth Junior Woman's Club, P.O. Box 108, Chatsworth. Proceeds will be divided for the Spastic Children's Foundation; Teen Talk -In; scholarships; Safety Town, and the Chats-worth Junior Baseball League.

The center provides a regulated, heated environment until the baby's body temperature stabilizes and has procedural capability for intensive care if required. Referred to as a baby warmer, the center can support minor surgical procedures, umbilical catheterization, circumcision.
